Ban Appeal

Once you've been here a while you won't find it so surprising. Some people seem to get a lot of enjoyment from pointing out mistakes and enforcing rules. They will race to post and even overlook that what they are saying has been said twenty times already. A ban appeal usually gets a torrent of people posting that they are doing it wrong, but not indicating what the right thing to do is.

It's a recipe some people here never seem to tire of consuming. Sprinkle on a few posts about reading the guide. Add a generous helping of people stating that the thread isn't helping their chances. Stir in a few posts stating that the thread will be closed by a mod. Occassionally it will be seasoned with helpful links to moderator coversations. The cherry on top is often the poor original poster begging people to stop harassing him, an argument, or some other silliness. Yum.

Stay tuned for the public griefing accusation, the tekkit request, the "where did you get all those diamonds from?" (cough dupe cough) thread, the incomprehensible original post, and the ever popular improper auction. Thankfully, we've put the "how about no" bear and facepalm memes into their graves.

President: EVERYTHING
