[SUGGESTION] Putting note blocks under "use"

  2. I agree this is a needed change. I'll try to get it in by this weekend.

    I hope to have entity limiter update out tonight, so maybe i can slip it in with that reboot along with another special tiny update i'm planning...

  8. We still need to update the residence plugin - Noteblocks are under the use flag in the latest release of Residence. I'm sure Justin & Aikar will include that use flag with a few others that have been suggested.
