   There are still known issues of upgrading certain items inside shulker boxes. (I am trying to work on it still)
   
   It 'should' be completely safe to put new items in. I would discourage opening a vault page still, if you know it contains shulker boxes (and it hasn't been opened post update)

   And yes I know there are other active staff 'behind the scenes' but all you have to do is to look at the main EMC page to see the two of you over & over again
