Used command /perm break (player name) yes, and the command /perm access (player name) yes. Server response yielded = (player name) can break and access locks. But player cannot. How do we check why they don't work or how do we know that they are supposed to be working if the server shows you that the command changed but it does not actually grant player access? Apologies if posted this in wrong place. Server page is very hard to navigate for this type of help.
I'm also pretty sure you have to type that on the smp you want the player to have block break on. Its not a global command.

the command is only for outside of town. If you want the player to have perms on your res the command is /res cpset username and it'll show you icons to click on for the perms you want to give them.
