im having problems with getting bids on my auctions, what should i make sure i not do the most?

make the starting bid to high 2 vote(s) 40.0%
make the minimum bid to high 1 vote(s) 20.0%
do an item that is not very popular 2 vote(s) 40.0%
have the person pick it up themslelves 0 vote(s) 0.0%

    starting bid: 1r
    minimum bid increasement: 100r
    end of auction: 48 hours after last valid bid
    winner can go to res 14751 and to the right for pickup, until then, anyone can go to the same place to look at the items
