Hello. Not sure if this is the right thread, please let me know if it isn't. Or feel free to move it... moving on. I have a lot of giant block creations just sitting on my singleplayer world, and since they've been there about a year (at least), and I haven't gotten around to building them in survival/on EMC, I wondered if you guys would like to use them. However, I do need to tidy them up before I make the schematics, and before I do all that hard work, I wanted to check interest levels. So just reply to the post and/or poll if you're interested. Here are the two "giant block" builds that I'd make schematics out of. I'd also make a schematic of each individual "giant block". Giant House: Way, way too big to fit in town unless you divided it over many reses. It's about 200 blocks wide all around, though that's a very rough estimate. Giant Plot (EMC Plot Friendly) Surface: Underneath: These are as resource friendly as enormous builds possibly can be. All the walls and block "interiors" are hollow.
I really quite like the idea of the enourmous plot... I might do something with that some day... But for now... I personally wouldn't need the schematics for it, as I tend to build everything I want myself
If I had access to my first residence, which I obviously don't anymore, I could pull out a much nicer chest, ender chest, and crafting table design, as well as a bed design. (I'm not saying yours are bad, I'm just saying mine were pretty smooth compared to these which look rough). I actually think I got the original idea to build those from you, but I could be wrong.
Thanks, guys. EmpireMall, I don't doubt that yours are probably better. The bed was hasty and simple and I also left the chest simple, since I didn't have access to the right colors of orange/yellow to detail it. I admit I worked hard on the Ender Chest, but that was before I had access to the color update. I will see what I can do to improve these before I upload them, and I will work on neatening these schematics starting now!
