TAKE MC BUILD COMMISSIONS

am currently working to help one of my friends get his money back after getting scammed for a gold vaulter, so i thought i may do one of those since i haven't done it in these while

here is a sample of how my builds look:

i will first sketch your request of the build to something like this:



depending on what you have in mind, it may cost from 10k to 100k
i will accept taking build like malls/shops or storage area as well,

You do something like what I (try to) do.. But much much better. I mean I try to sketch things out, but even when I do I cant build it afterwards XDD.
Good luck with raising money, I'm actually quite tempted to demolish my house and start afresh (I might be back).

Funny, I do the same, but in my head, hurts for bigger builds, but gets the job done hehe

how large: large enough for 5DC of every main block (excluding pretty much any item that is over 30r per block so like quartz blocks or diamonds (also excluding any nature block))

I would want this underground, would you dig the area out for it- or would that be on me?

mmm i would think i could clear it out myself, but you will have to show my where on your plot you would like it, in case there is other builds around and i end up running into it

i do have a chest room in mind that uses over 1000 chests, would you think that would be enough for you? i obviously think i could handle making the chests myself xD

Think we can cut that amount of chests in half? Don;t wanna make the res toooo laggy.

You can make the materials cheap as well. Would prefer no quartz or anything. Simple is perfect IMO (also cheaper ).

you do realize if you're here just to say you can make building sketches too,
than you may as well say up one yourself rather than bragging.
