Nah... You can rank up pretty quickly by finding whatever you are really good at and doing it. I'm already at iron just because I planned out events and made the EARTH organization (and established an embassy).

Exactly this. Whatever you can come up with and that helps the community will make you more important to Carthaga. The jobs help to organize, get projects done or give you an idea what could be done. By no means the only way to help out

I discovered my skill with events through boredom. I visited Carthaga and nothing big was really happening, there was no really good reason for someone to come once and stay. So I decided to start making events so people will have something new and exciting every once and a while.

Edit: btw Iron+ members have the ability to give out job points. Maybe ask someone like sep if they need help with anything and you can get points.

Everyone is good at something

I am good at afking at farms (like the iron/gold/guardian farms).
I also like organizing chests (did that a bit in Carthaga's overflow storage).

Any jobs for that? Maybe getting dcs of iron blocks or something? Would love to collect things for Carthaga auctions or something

EDIT: I also like taking stuff out of collection chests and consolidating items into the chests in the storage room (like not the storage system but the room with all the dcs of miscellaneous stuff)

AFK'ing is a lifestyle =P

Being able to afk often is a huge skill. It allows you to amass large quantities of items like: bones, iron, flowers, gold, etc. I would suggest afking at the skeleton farm so you can complete the bonemeal job

Also: it appears the rail on Carthaga's side doesn't work to separate player from chest minecarts ... found myself shooting down the chest minecart lane
