Any Paleo or Primal Blueprint lifestyle people on here?

  1. The title really says it all. I've been following that lifestyle for about two years now myself, and I was just curious if there are anyone here on EMC doing the same.

For those who don't know what I'm talking about, but who's interested, this is the website of the primal blueprint lifestyle, and here are some select Paleo lifestyle websites: #1, #2, #3, #4. I feel like I should mention that I have no affiliation with any of these web sites, nor can I be held responsible for whatever content you may come across should you choose to visit them.
  2. I'm going to die a horrible death anyway. So I prefer to mess up everything I can.
  3. I clicked the link, read 1 thing and already know its crap. Its all just money sucking advertisement things, what I read if you can choose between being fat or not being fat, being sick or being healthy, being down all day or feeling energized. The 2nd option is what you get if you follow this lifestyle! Yeah right... its all as fake as possible
  4. Haha, well, that's a valid choice. :p

You're quick to make judgements, huh? While a lot of these people do sell things to make a living, it's mostly because the things you can buy from them isn't otherwise available elsewhere. If you had stuff to sell, how would you do it besides placing ads on your web site (or on TV or in a news paper)? The literature and science involved in this, however, is entirely free, and nobody forces anyone to buy anything. I'm just one person, but changing my lifestyle into a Primal/Paleo one did wonders for me, as it also did for these people and these people. I'm not in there yet, as my journey isn't done, but I'll be joining their ranks in I'd say approximately half a year more now.

You are entitled to your opinion of course, but you really ought to keep an open mind and do some research before you make judgments. After I discovered this lifestyle, I spent almost all of my free time for 4-6 months researching this before I decided to make the switch. I'm not one to make important changes like this lightly.
