  1. I am creating an efficient, ore-collecting strip mine team which will be centered on SMP8.

This team will be creating strip mines 6 Blocks high, 6 blocks wide strip mines throughout the Wastelands at a specified level while creating temporary outposts.
The mines will also be lined with rails, so it's easy to go forward and back from them.

All resources mined will be split by myself and any co-owners and given out to each individual person on the mining expedition equally.

Preferred Job: I'm of two minds about this one. On one hand, I'm all for strip mining, mining is one thing really enjoy doing in Minecraft. On the other hand, It would be quite a bit simpler to put down rails, even if it would be kind of dull. I don't know. I think I would do a bit of one and a bit of the other with the team and then decide which I prefer.
Why I want to be part of the team: Strip mining is a great way to collect resources, but it gets pretty dull mining solo. This team is a great idea. Plus it would naturally include mob support, so if one player is mining ores, the other player can watch their back. ;)
A few questions I have: What do you plan to do if you run into a cave? Would we be part of a group so we get group perks? If so, would we have XP sharing on? Will you be using Mumble?
  3. Firstly, you're in!
I haven't quite gotten the team together yet. We will be playing with skype or mumble and XP share will be on c:
