FINALLY FINISHED GAME WATER BALLOONS AT 5393!

Hello EMC,

I have finished my game "Water Balloons" at 5393.

Here is how it works.
You throw water balloons (splash potions) at your opponent
and if they get hit DIRECTLY with a water balloon
they are out.
(more rules at the arena.)

There will be a tournament on my 100th day on the empire.

Im not an expert on potions but how do you check if someone was hit?

Well... you might check your inventory. You might have a certain buff.

That would hit everyone in a certain radius. The effect is hard to check.

I could use snoballs?

Again, no way of telling who was hit.

There's not really a good way to know who is hit, but maybe someone will think of one.
