Smudgie12's long-awaited ban appeal... [closed]

This is just a format i found somewhere. I thought it would help make it easier for us all.
In-Game Name: smudgie12
When were you banned/muted?: 1-2 years ago (It's sad... I know.)
Who banned/muted you?: I really have no clue...
Why were you banned/muted: I was banned for advertising another server.
Why do you deserve to be unbanned/unmuted?: I believe that I should be unbanned because I miss the server, and the people I have met, no I may not be as active now, but I certainly will try to alternate where I go.
Do you admit fault? I do sincerely admit fault, And I never advertised ever since, And I think it is sad that I had to learn the hard way.

To properly appeal your ban,

Find out who the staff member that banned you is

Go to http://empireminecraft.com/XenStaff/ and find their username.

Click on their username, click "start conversation"

Then that is where you make a sincere apology and give a legitimate reason as to why you should be unbanned.

But never ever appeal on the forums please.

You were banned by JustinGuy, but that person is not part of EMC staff anymore.
