  1. This is a cave spider xp grinder I built on smp5. I can't take credit for the design, but it was a pain in the posterior to build. Those suckers are fast!

    It can hold around 100 spiders in the hole, possibly more. The little darling keep trying to swim away from it. The lever triggers 2 pistons that are on a timer, that suffocates them until they are 1 hit kills. Below them is a hopper and a chest to catch all their goodies after I chop their ugly heads off.

  7. Not yet. I'm about to change my difficulty to the max the next time I'm able to grind for a good amount of time. I've been on level 5. I'll let you know if that works.

    I got the design off this YouTube video. Just make sure the repeaters are facing the right direction, and you'll be good.

  8. I tried on difficulty level 10 for about an hour. Died several times from random Enderman spawning on me, but alas, no cave spider heads :/

    I got 3 of my own heads now though lol
