  1. As many of you may know, I am a great fan of Ford vehicles, for example the Ford Escort MkI such as this one:

However, in general, Ford Mustangs are a top favourite of mine! Whether that be an old 1969 Ford Mustang Boss 302:

Or the recent Ford Mustang Shelby GT500s:

Ford announced recently "The Road Awaits" for the Ford Mustang. After looking into it more, as part of the 50th year anniversary of the Mustang (in 2015), the first 500 Ford Mustangs in Europe were available at the end of the UEFA finals (football) to pre-order.

This is very exciting, as the only Ford Mustangs in Britain, and supposedly Europe in all, have been imported.
Ford Mustangs were imported to Germany in 1965/66 to US servicemen who wanted to buy them (as far as I know) so a few older ones were brought to Europe that way, however not enough to call it official.

I felt I needed to share my passion for the Mustang and also my excitement for the new breed of cars coming into Europe. Of course, I cannot drive yet and could only afford these in my dreams, but one day I hope to be able to drive a Mustang or another nice Ford..

Feel free to post anything about Ford cars here, cars in general perhaps, and most definitely post any photos you would like to share!

    Thanks :D
  2. Nothing to say except for the fact that the Ford Mondeo is a devil car (well, the older ones at least). We got rid of it just over a year ago which we've had for several years and it was nothing but trouble. Pretty much everything that could have gone wrong with it went wrong with it and it cost us a lot of money. It was a diesel and I'm never buying a diesel car...ever. Injectors went all the time. I'm just glad we've finally got rid of it.

However, I do like the Ford Mustangs too, but the older ones (classic - 1970's-ish). I particularly like this one:

  4. My father owns a 1999 Ford Mondeo, it runs perfect and rarely runs into trouble actually! Touch wood that it stays that way.. Sorry to hear about your one running into trouble, my father's is unleaded, perhaps that helped, but do you have a picture of the one you owned? Do you have a new car now also?

Ah, a Ford Mustang Shelby GT350! Handsome cars, production ranged from 1965-1966, not the most powerful in horse power but definitely a nice car worthy of mention, thanks for the photo :)
    Who wouldn't? :p
  5. weird people who don't like fords (the people who should be kicked off the planet)

  8. I think it was a 2002 Ford Mondeo in Black. I think the main problem was that it was diesel, injectors were the main problem and unleaded doesn't have them. I didn't really like the car anyway, although it had plently of legspace in the back we had cream upholstery and they would stain too easily and it was too big for many parking spaces. We've got a Toyota Auris now and touch wood its been going good so far. :)

  9. Fendy wants!
The Mondeo is quite a nice car, but there are better :p Leg space is very good actually!
I am not a fan of Toyota myself.. apart from the Hilux, phwoar!

  10. I like Ford, is one of the best vehicles ever made. Now most of Fords looks like crap. But the old ones are the best :D. My uncle has 2 Mustangs of the 65 :D.

  11. I like this guy. His uncle knows best :p Many new cars are looking a lot less like they used to be, and I am very into the classics, Ford Capris, Ford Escorts, Mustangs, the best thing about the Mustang is that if you put a 1968 for example and a 2012 together, you can see the resemblance :D

  12. Also 1 Ford Maverick that is so awesome.
  13. My mum currently owns a Citroen, I think :p I don't pay much attention to it, because its a crap car that's falling to pieces. We've only owned it a year and 2 months, but its already getting to the point where it has an increasing possibility of failing an MOT.

I love Shelby GT350s and my dream car would be either that, or a Camaro Ss 1969. My other dream car is a Lamborghini Aventador, but I doubt i'll ever be able to afford one of those.
  14. The Maverick is a lot rarer, not sure if it sold as well, but they certainly look the part :D
Citroen are not really my favourites.. Okay, I cannot name a single Citroen I like, but I guess that is not the point :p
The Shelby GT350s are very nice, I would take a Mustang over a Lamborghini anyday. Unless I could sell the Lamborghini and buy a few more Mustangs....
  15. In the poll, I noticed you don't like Ford GTs.

How can you not like GTs?

    *Ahem* Large image. Sorry :p

  16. Try a Ford or Dodge 4x4 pickup, they are quite the part ;)
Your link brought me to the Suzuki :p Though, like this? Not too bad, but I would rather a Pontiac Trans Am :p

The shape of it does not really attract me, of course, that is a matter of personal opinion :) Mustang all the way :p
  17. The best ford of all time is clearly the Ford Fusion
