I am a fairly new to EMC, I play on SMP2 and love it so far. I was how ever reading some threads about the EMC museums and saw a post that said "what about one on every server?", so i was wondering, who feels like this is a good idea?
It is not owned by the empire, but players. Each one would cost SO MUCH money. The one on SMP7 has millions in promo's in it.
So yeah, I own the museum on smp7, I know there are two coming to smp1 in faithcaster's and fendy's museums. I think Kyle was planning to make one at one point but he might not be any more and I think Defluxor is planning to make one, and samsimx and generalfelino are making more on smp7. As time goes on it becomes more and more difficult to make a museum because promo prices keep going up, so the sooner you decide to make one the better. (Or just donate to mine!) Edit: Also krysyy said she would be opening a kind of museum with only super rare items when 1.8 comes out
I think the main problem is that there aren't enough super rare items to go around. If you can get someone to donate 1 ICC eggnog to your museum, that's great, but I doubt you could get 9 or 10 (I'm not sure there even are that many). That said, you could still do smaller museums with the less valuable promos. But really I think it's better to just donate to existing/upcoming museums.
I personally feel each server NEEDS a Museum and also heads with people who are 365 days and older on the server. BTW, mman, love your Museum.
