Found a New Head.

  2. I wouldn't call it a new head, since they came out 2 - 4 weeks ago :)

  7. Since Aikar made it so Looting now effects Mob Heads, it's quite common to get a Slime Head. I was at Slime Town earlier today and I got around 30 slime heads in under an hour. Just make sure you're using Looting III. :)
