  9. I had about the same amount of promos auctioned off as yours, and i only got 60k so i think yours is a little too expensive starting price.

  15. He can see that for himself as nobody is bidding. You do not have the right to change the starting bid anyways. He will change it if he still does not get any bidders, or he can close it. The auctioneer chooses the starting bid and if he is comfortable with that for now then he can keep it.
