Time zones on the forums confuse the hell out of me...

  1. Have you ever seen someone's post and the time/date stamp below it? Have you ever wondered how that's generated? (as in, does Xenforo use the poster's time zone or the viewer's?) Spill your theories/the actual answer here. :D
