Giving away a spawn residence on SMP8 (16001)

So I've decided I'm going to give away my residence on SMP8 which is right next to spawn (16001), I originally intended to make something big and grand with it but then I lost motivation and it's just been sitting there, idle, doing nothing.

Now, I want to give the residence away to someone who will do something impressive or functional with it, that will show off the building/engineering skills of EMC players to new players when they walk out the tutorial and not just leave it as a blank, boring residence as I did, so before I give it away to someone, I want you to say what you will do with the residence.

Now I'll leave it open for 24 hours before deciding who's plan will be best for a residence directly next to spawn, so it'll run until 4:00PM BST 30/07/13, it's open to everyone but of course you'll need to have a free residence or the ability to have a free residence.

I assume this is allowed, but if it's not please let me know.

im not a supporter so i couldnt get a second res but you could opp me to work on it

As Long as you are not auctioning, or "selling" the plot, it should be okay. A giveaway, where you lose ownership over the plot afterwards, is certainly allowed.

You can sell the plot location, as long as the sale includes just the plot location.
