They are both pretty powerful computers, but I have recently been seeing people saying negative comments about Alienware. Should I suggest an HP? Some of them are really good and quite cheap too!
I know you and your obsession with HP's Legend, but if you are going for a gaming PC, I have to say building your own PC in this scenario is the best way to go. You won't have the money for an i7, but you can definetly get better than this. However, if you are looking for a laptop, MSI, Alienware, Venom Blackbook and Asus are all good brands, however gaming laptops tend to be hot and heavy, especially Alienware and MSI.
