    Also, the mods decide when it is removed and you get your rights back.

    Illegal bumping, and ending an auction before it should have.

    I have never seen somebody to be blacklisted before, who knows, it could be permanent.

  4. As far as I know it's permanent. I've never heard of one being lifted. *why do they never read the rules?*
