I made custom paintings for my place and they look great. But when my sister went to my place (on her account) the pictures were just stock pictures! Can you not put up custom pictures for others to see? Please help!
How did you make the custom paintings? Was it through a mod(Don't know of any that do this...) or texture pack? If it was through one of those they would have to install the mod or texture pack to see the custom paintings.
Ok then. It is modified for you only. So you will need to copy it and put it into the minecraft.jar of anyone you want to be able to see these custom painting.
So, texture pack? If so, give your sister the texture pack. If you changed it using the default texture pack, probably use a texture pack as when 1.5 is released and you update, the .apk file will be deleted (Unless you copy it to a different location).
well its not that I wanted just her to see them. That would be easy. oh well it ruins my plans. Looks cool for me just nobody else. And yeah I back up all my .apk files.
Yeah, EVERYONE who see it has to have the minecraft.jar you have. My friend changed his minecraft to Discs to songs like pumped up kicks, but we could on hear it on his computer.
Not trying to advertise here, but it is possible to have custom map art visible to everyone without changing minecraft.jar (though sometimes it glitches and you have to reload it for others to see).
