Just because it has a bigger number doesn't mean it's more powerful, Look up and find sources for you're information because you post them.
Well then sir. Will you please be specific as to what brand of video card you are getting. Refer to the list below for some. http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produ...adeon-hd6670&gclid=CIDEtJuD17UCFc9AMgodB0EAlA
I was assuming it would be like mine http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814129166 But I was wrong. Then again I have a higher PSU because I run that, and liquid cooling for my processor as well as 2 HDD's and 1 SSD and a couple disc drives
I personally have the slightly lower powered version of you're card so I see where you're coming from. http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814102908 Which has 1 PCI-E 6 pin and would require a more powerful PSU to run (I personally have a 600w when I eventually go crossfire)
0_0 That went right over my head... Is what i have posted good enough to run skyrim and COD4+ on good settings high FPS?
My 6850 (Twice as powerful) will run skyrim and 55FPS with everything on ultra with the HD texture pack, So you'll have to lower a few settings to get a playable frame rate on skyrim.
Playable being about 35FPS with everything on high - Anything above 30 is playable, Below 30FPS is annoying and below 20FPS is unplayable for most people.
