Help with unused residences

Hi, I had a question, There is a residence nearby to mine on SMP3 that has been claimed by someone who I haven't seen online for sometime, and the residence is completely empty. I had just recruited a friend of mine to EMC and since the residence was nearby to mine, would it be possible to see if it could be cleared so that my friend could play on it?

Make sure the owner of the res is not a supporter. If they are not, PM a admin or senior staff member- I think maxarias would be best for this kind of thing- and give them the res number, player name, and how long long they haven't been on for. Thanks. And as far as I know this person isn't a supporter, Mainly because its his first res. I also didn't want to include the name or res number (just because). I will look into it. Thank you!

You Mr. JackBiggin seem to have the task of always correcting me. It is a worthy won.

By Standing on the residence and typing /res info you can pull up a list of information about the res. On the list will be the res number and the owner.

Then type /p their name to see if they are a supporter.
