New site feature: use MC skin as avatar!

I forgot who suggested this, I apologize ahead of time. I have added the ability to easily set your site avatar to your MC skin. Also when a member joins IF they have a skin (have uploaded one to Minecraft.net) their default avatar will be their skin face. I will write a script in a bit to update everyone that doesn't have a site avatar yet.

To change your avatar click on your name in the top right hand corner of the site and click "Avatar" in the menu that pops up.

There we go Justin, a suggestion for 2.0 of this: The ability to have your current avatar with a little pic of your skin on the side, similar to the combo option.

I see that in the member section it also shows people who have a birthday today.

You really are on turbo mode Justin, it really puts things in perspective when you can see there are 150 membets with birthdays over a 3 day period, crazy stuff, nice work as always

I know it really put it in perspective for me, at first I was like, this has to be a bug.....

just a minor thing, but maybe in the tomorrows birthday, it should say so-and-so turns 15, not turned.
