Selling Three Properties Outside of Town

So I built a safe haven outside of town with three properties. I have some pictures and what not. Prices are at 200 rupees. Any attempt to claim, change, or destruct these properties without pay to me, clarkieB91, is considered in all the rules of the Empire and it's manifestions, griefing, and in all discretion of the server staff, a banable (not sure if that is a word) offense.

Please contact me for payment. Do not say you paid me while I offline and not contacted on the server because that statement will be dismissed to all extent.

are you selling empty wilderness lots? or buildings you made?

Empty 1 side for a house and the other for farming.

But terraforming them to be some 10 blocks off ground and extremely lit to keep from spawning mobs.

they are also EXTREMELY griefable. Why would someone pay for that?

Seeing who griefed them shouldn't be hard? And why would we want any griefer's among our community?

Believe me we don't but they are out there. People get banned very frequently for it to be quite honest.

I know that but I'm just trying to get people out into wilderness more often. We have far too many "land lovers" just hanging out in town a lot.

I meant I don't know how to explain that you can sell wilderness if you build good wilderness.

Why try to sell something that will be reset when the new Biome comes? Or why try to sell something that someone will be able to destroy if they choose to?
