Well, earlier today I thought to myself.... There are a lot of people that don't know what reses are open, want particular reses, or don't know how to claim one. So I thought that we could make an EMC realtor group! For those of you who don't know, a realtor is a person who helps people buy houses and find them, in this case reses. Do you think this is a good idea? Don't think it's a good idea? Want a waffle coptor? Tell us in the vote, and explain why.

Hate to break it to you, but /v open is a WONDERFUL tool.

Well then they can talk to an admin or find another res.

Residence list on the specific server page on the site, the live map and /v [friend] and then looking around. There's really no need, but you can do it if you want.

I call it my automated realtor service.

This would be a good idea if you want to help new people around. And help the claim reses.

i like the idea... very strongly... perhaps if someone, a new person, wanted a res near spawn, with the help of a realtor, negotiate a price for said res with its owner?
