You only need one arrow in your inventory, it will infinitely re-use that single arrow. So basically as long as you have an arrow in your inventory you can shoot, given the bow isn't broken

I should have read this more closely, I thought it was Power IV, not Power I, because of your comment on the other auction saying you had the same Bow. I would not have bid 2000r on Power I.
