[TECH HELP NEEDED] How to fix this?

  1. So, my keys are wrong.

    Holding shift and pressing 2 brings up the @, and holding shift and pressing the @ key brings up ". I'm on windows 7. I need help on how to fix this.

  7. I'm supposed to. The key that has the @ on it won't work as it should. I've got advice to change my settings to 'EN: English (UK)" through the control panel but that won't work.
