Here's my plan for my next few eggs 1) Another summer who is female, so I can breed seasonals 2) A bunch of commons & inbreds to kill on halloween.... Yes, i'm a zombie fodder 3) Another magi so I can breed and sell them for a few rupees. 4) A vamp.

Going to try for another summer tomorrow, when my eggs hatch And i'll see if I can catch a vamp. And then, i'll get 2 commons, then when they grow up, i'll breed them. And then i'll breed them again after a week. And then it's inbreeding time
The black hatchies (and vines) are usually dropped because they aren't alts.. People will wait until a bred black (or vine) egg hatches to see if it an alt, if they aren't, they toss the hatchie. The vampire drops in the AP are usually not intentional.. Vampires have a 50% chance the egg bite is successful and you get to keep it, 25% chance the egg bite is successful but automatically abandoned, and 25% chance the egg is killed.
Tomorrow, I'm going to get a seasonal (camp the AP for 2 mins and you will get one ) and hope for it to be a female to breed them to get an autumn when its their time (they look more attractive than any other seasonal so it's going to be hard to get one). And i'm also going to attempt getting a neglected...
Actually, apparently that was the old rates and no one knows the exact current rates but think it is a 90% kill rate because of how many people complain about kills..
