Is this a good area for a wild base?

  1. It's in a plains biome inbetween a desert biome (for sand), a snow biome (for snow) and a wood biome (for wood :p) and it's about 10 mins away from a Jungle biome with a ravine. Is this a good area? I plan to make it into a small outpost and then possibly expand it but I want to settle into it :p

  5. I think any place is great for a new base/fort/outpost. But I'd have to say my favorite is where ever I can find a village.
