  9. finsup2010 sent me a message stating that they don't have enough rupees and they "didn't need glass anyway"

    what is the procedure for a bidder who pulls this?

  11. If you mean he doesn't have the rupees to pay, he gets blacklisted from Auctions, AKA, he cant bid or hold a auction.

  12. Do report him for putting a bid that he can't back up chances are going get blacklisited for this and I do believe the runner up has a chance to calm the auction items or you start over the auction just pm a admin or mod who ever is on :)
