Basically, I am trying to access all of the listed sites on both my Desktop and Android smartphone via the least amount of applications necessary. Hopefully this makes sense? /:
You can browse the Android market via a web browser on a desktop in order to find the appropriate apps.

HootSuite only covers 2 of them, so it wouldn't be very practical. Flock seems to cover a vast majority of the desktop.

Flock is very capable of the desktop needs. However, HootStuite, Cotweet, the other link aren't too good for android. Seesmic is a possibility as it covers FB, Twitter,YouTube.
