I'm pretty sure this isn't in /promo newplayer, but two water buckets would be good for new players to start making farms and such.

What about a stack of iron ingots and stick.. New players could use the ingots to make tools to collect their own material.

It does sound good but the starter bundle you get when you first join has iron tools and water buckets and planks. It doesn't have a lava bucket though. Which got me thinking, why doesn't your bundle contain things that would augment the newplayer bundle from emc. Things like redstone, the blue gem used for enchanting that escapes my mind right now and crops like carrots, potatoes, and 2x mooshroom eggs.

Hmmm, so after reading that i'm thinking 1 lava bucket, 1 stack of redstone dust, 3 lapiz, 2 stacks of carrots and 2 mushroom eggs
