  2. 2 needs a mall. But then again, Utopia would allow for it to be bigger. Unless if you decide to merge 4 SMP residences.

  4. yes, but we have the least malls of every SMP it seems (only one or two) :( Also I'd say stay away from building one on 4/5/6 as those tend to be SMP's where people are out in the wild most
