1 Res for rent?

  4. are you expecting money in return? You said 1 res for rent, which means you expect money in return.

  5. By renting the res, you are essentially paying for admin flag, which is not allowed. If you would like to offer the res for free, you may do that.

  9. These are the rules on selling accessibility to residences.

    If you are charging someone for using sale signs, that is fine, but makes little sense. Having someone pay you for using their residence as a mall, however, is not since it would be essentially them paying you for the shop:buy or shop:sell flag.

    If I am misunderstanding, BluMacow101, please explain. :)
