I can tell you that you can't go to the farlands in EMC. There are world guards to limit players. (Not sure how far..) Plus minecraft has vallinaly placed these world guards before you reach the far lands.
No, I just got an update, I have 1.12.1 Far Lands now! The 1st episode has already been made in 1.12 ssp. I was just showing that I finally made it in beta (I've been doing that using mods except for the "single player commands" mod (I'm very passionate about the Far Lands!) Like a mob spawning mod so that when I got there, mobs would only spawn if they were <20 blocks and >15 blocks away (reduces lag) and I had my render distance reduced(and with these I had to relaunch the game several times to get to 12550821 blocks from spawn!))! In theory! I've been trying to break the game without deleting META-INF and modifying (bcp in 1.12.1) by removing the world border (I just get stuck at 32million blocks or get an "illegal stance" message or something, I have 3 theoretical values for the 1.7+ game(beta 1.8-release 1.6 don't count because of the infinite oceans.), 3.43597387*10_^10, 3.006477107*10^10, and 50099710, but I may prove these values incorrect one day (one may be true but I'm not sure),or that they are in Beta1.8-release1.6, if it hasn't been proven or disproven already (a lot of people are trying the same thing.)!
