Are conversations/PMs broken?

  1. I have tried to contact 4 moderators/admins starting 5 days ago while each and everyone one of them was online and only 1 of them responded. Are conversations broken at the moment?

I was scouring my inbox... trying to find a message from you... as I know my computer just sits here most days logged into the forums for that reason, and then i check my inbox intermittently throughout the day while at work. However, I do not have a message from you, as I personally make it a point to answer forum messages. SO...... if you have a problem just throw me a message ;)
