I am looking to make a mod. Just one problem: I lack coding skills and my brain is not wired to learn stuff like that (Trust me, I have tried.). So I have come to the Empire to see if anyone would want to help.

I'd use an IDE like Eclipse or Xcode. To learn all of this stuff I go to SoloLearn which a link a supplied here: http://www.sololearn.com/ This is probably as best as you might get
So let me get this straight: You want to make a mod but you aren't able to code. That is not possible. The best you can do is pay someone to do it for you, but this can be quite expensive. EMC isn't the right place to look for that, but do check out minecraftforums.net (client-side mods) or spigot.org (spigot server-side plugins)
I can't code but I can model and texture... both of which are essential to mod development. Just as much as the coding. So it is entirely possible if one finds someone who understand and is interested, just as I have.
I see what you mean, but again, the chance you find someone here is fewer than, for example, minecraftforums.net I'd suggest asking the same question there, but I think they won't do it for free.
I have tried (and failed) to make my own mod before. I was trying to make some cool new bosses that I can fight and maybe record on my YouTube channel.
