So, I've got this building on smp7 that I was originally intending to turn into a store. But I've never really gotten around to it and it's probably a bit too big for the store that I'm not planning to start. I was wondering whether there was any interest whatsoever for people to basically rent out a section of this building and have their own shop. I realise there's been issues in the past with something like this, but honestly, I think I could trust most people not to do stupid things. Plus, when/if residence sub-zones come out, that'll make it easier to do. But I think the benefits of this are pretty good. Someone could set up a shop on a server where they don't have a res and I'd make money. I can also see cross promotion being fairly good. Someone promoting their own store in the building might lead people to other stores. But in general, I'd like to know if people are interested in something like this?
