The birthday cake varies between 12k and 14k. I am not sure on the price of the cookie, but I would estimate somewhere between 20k and 30k. Meteor bows are around 18k. 4th of July fireworks from 2015 are around 15k.
I'd give an estimate of about 10k for all of these items in the current market, aside from the Empire Cookie of which I have seen two go for 20k per so far. I would give that a safe 20-25k value at the moment but I'd expect that to rise.
