Disclaimer: Becoming staff may result in your soul being stolen by Maxarias, chopped up into small pieces, and served to the other admins in a Jell-O salad. This is completely normal, so just embrace your soulless-ness.
And by the way, if you aren't chosen for the next batch, that doesn't mean you are never going to be chosen. You will only need to resubmit an application if krysyy updates it again. Of course you could always redo your application if you feel like you would answer the questions differently now, but until the application is updated again they will keep yours, and if you're not chosen for the next batch, there's a chance you will be chosen later
