How do you use fireworks to fly from the ground?

  1. Hi. I finally have my elytra wings and my fireworks but I can't seem to take off from the ground. I know how to glide from high places, but I have seen people run with the fireworks and fly from the ground without needing elevation and I just don't know how it's done. Any pointers?

  2. spam rightclick and jump, and youll get it

  3. Spam the jump button until your elytra opens up. Then once you're gliding, right-click the fireworks. Make sure you're facing upwards, because the firework launches you in the direction you're facing. Also, it can't be an EMC firework, it has to just be a plain one with no star added. Flight duration 3 is best.
