  2. I believe the reason you are getting 2 FPS is because of the speed hacks you are using. While you're moving along your game is trying to load hundreds of chunks. There is no way, even with lag in a minecart, that you would be moving that quickly..

  3. The reason you see a player stand still for a long time while speed hacking is because the server is actually denying the user its movement due to moving too far in one interval.

    It then pretty much will find wheres the max it can "teleport" to and the server accept it.
