Be more thorough with your wish next time, and put a lot of effort into asking for this kind of stuff. The answer will most likely be no, as they are quite busy. I suggest you get a group of players and make your own spleef arena, then build it out of obsidian and dirt in the wild.
some player's have spleef arena's already so you can ask around the server's. also they plan to add pvp soon which will drastically increase visits
