He's been PM since 2010, but he had a Deputy Prime Minister (Nick Clegg) since it was a coalition government. Now that Nicky's party has virtually no seats in parliament and the Tories got a majority vote, he isn't DPM anymore and we have a tory government.
It means the UK is probably going to leave the EU, our internet will become censored to no end, and the poorer will get poorer and the richer richer. It also means uni will be more expensive.
In all fairness, I think the Tories are the stronger party. I wanted Labour to win but I'm not disappointed. You've got to remember one thing though, just because the Conservatives are in government, it doesn't mean that they have full power.
Yes, but they decide where the majority of the 'efforts' go. History has taught us time and time again that the Tories do not care for Scotland, Wales or the areas that used to be Mercia and Northumbria/Northern England.
Keep in mind only 11.3 million people out of 46.5 million people wanted for them... nobody actually wants them here about 11 million people in the south :P
Its not outrageous - it makes sense. The EU started off as a trade union kind of thing, and now its turning into something more akin to a Federation, I guess? I agree that the UK should be governed by the UK, but its not the right time to leave. Our economy isn't strong enough for a hit like that could give us. Knowing this country, the second the referendum starts in 2017, most people will have voted to leave.
