Staff of any rank receive free diamond supportership as far as I know. Whether they still pay or not I'm unsure all I know is that amadai is Diamond. This is not displayed as being a staff member overrules the supporter status on their profile. This is like how when people become supporters you don't see if they are Well-Known or what not.

No, all of the perks from diamond supporter are in the moderator rank along with some tools for moderation :)

Do you have any actual proof of this theory? I have spoken with mods about this specific thing many times before, I have proof for my reasoning!

Maybe staff automatically have the benefits but choose to also support the server or not. A question though how do you explain why when staff step down they come up instantly as diamond?

Maxarias (when she stepped down a few months ago) was just a well-known member, and then she became a diamond supporter a few days later, and then after that she was a moderator again.

Then it must be due to the fact that pretty much every mod loves EMC and supports the server at diamond level anyways ;)
