Honestly if you'd read what it says on the post about mod application is says SPECIFICALLY not to post on mods, admins, or staff pages to get them to view your mod application or bug them on server
Yes.. Your help is appreciated from the mods but try check that the player is doing what you think. If you look at my page I have been an Empire member for 120+ days and I'm a Supporter and regular poster on the forums. I definitely know the rules of applying for moderator as I so often remind others when they ask in chat. I am good friends with Twitch and knew he would see the joking side of my post.
