not saying this as a 'hitting on' aspect... but i usually think guys look better with hair between 12-28cm (flipped or straightened) ... but if it's shorter I usually think 5cm is the shortest i'd go with... anything shorter than that and i just think they don't have good 'style' XD unless it's spiked in the front or something.

I mistook centimeters for millimeters and confused me a lot >.> I'm not that good with knowing how much so many cm or mm or even m or km is.

1 inch is about 2 1/2 cm ... on the flip side 1 cm is about 0.4 inch

    Whereas, 1 cm is 10 mm ... 1 m is 100 cm ... 1km is 1000 m

I wish they would have taught that in america... it's confusing to remember "okay kids, 1 mile is 5,280 ft ... 1 yard is 3 ft ... 1 ft is 12 inches..." who comes up with those numbers? :p

@607 Probably because the UK is recognized as metric, but we use a hybrid of imperial units and metric units :P For example; We use miles on roadsigns, and also KM. We also use feet :P

Actually, eklektoi, I'm Dutch, so I've grown up with centimetres (Just realised it is metres, not meters). Still though, without a ruler I only know what about a meter is, by doing a big step :P

I don't get why the Americans have their own spelling for metre even though they don't even use them...

Every area is different... in more southern areas here, people don't even know what a meter or metre is ... they just call it a measuring stick ... and the measuring tapes have both on them, but we usually just use the inches part....

Most places here use meter, but it depends on the person, really.
