^Its hard to do that when you sleep for 15 hours straight pretty much everyday and have constant nightmares, only to wake up and do the same thing every day >.>
6 hours on, condition has not improved. Going to sleep. I will probably have more nightmares that I can't wake up from. Mental state is officially screeewwweeed right now >.>
